January 15, 2020: "I Want to Know More!": Children Are Sensitive to Explanation Quality...

In our lab meeting this week we read Mills, Sands, Rowles and Campbell's (2019) paper, which examined the extent to which children respond to weak explanations by seeking additional learning opportunities. One of their findings is that children were more likely to request more information when they received an explanation that they rated as weak.
